Small Bottling & Labelling Equipment Solutions

JB Macmahon have just introduced a new range of filling/capping and labelling machine packages to suit small producers. Regardless of how small your production is we have a package to suit you. We offer machines for wine and olive oil production. The speed range is from 200 bottle per hour to 800 bottles per hour. The machines are either manual or semi-automatic.

Vintage & Processing Equipment Solutions

Our presses and crushers offer world-class technology and durability and power some of the most efficient and prestigious wineries in Australia and around the world. Suitable for small volume ultra premium producers through to the biggest producers. Our specialized electronic control can mimic basket presses and offer the winemaker total control. Our destemmer/crushers offer the gentlest separation of berries from stalks with most impressive juice recovery rates.

Small Scale Olive Oil Processing

The NEW state of the art Rapanelli Green Line RCM MINI olive oil processing is a compact all-in-one machine. The Mini 70 (kg/hr), Mini 130 (kg/hr) and Mini 200 (kg/hr) have been designed using the same design philosophy as Rapanelli�s fully automated large capacity plants, ensuring the quality of oil produced by these �Mini� plants is at a comparable quality to that produced by Rapanelli�s larger plants. The user friendly �Mini� plants incorporate a modern fibreglass body enclosing the crusher, malaxer, decanter and husk waste mono pump into a single assembly. Designed for compactness, ease of use and the highest quality olive oil production, these �Mini� plants are set to revolutionise small olive oil production.
